Duplet Rounded Font Family is the rounded variant of the highly successful Duplet Font Family and has quickly become an industry standard, used everywhere from headlines on news sites to apps and company logos rendered small or large sizes in geometric sans serif fonts. Duplet Rounded features all stroke terminals rounded off and its soft, inviting edges create an inviting font family instantly.
As it’s an element of Duplet Rounded – part of the Duplet superfamily – you are able to combine it with its siblings Duplet Open and Duplet for maximum flexibility. Each font provides seven weight options from Thin to Extra Bold; both fonts contain italics for the same font weights. Together these fonts cover over 450 characters covering all European languages written using Latin script script. Duplet Rounded fonts are geometric, so their round characters and components appear as circles or slanted circular forms, like those you find in italics. Furthermore, Duplet Rounded letterforms feature low contrast levels with even thickness strokes across all of their letterforms.
Duplet Rounded fonts include three variants of its single-storey ‘a’ character as standard characters; its large, round bowl serves as its geometry home! However, OpenType also supports double-storey ‘a’ as an OpenType alternative character and uses single-story fonts with flattened bottom strokes and an alternative bottom stroke form creating more compact appearances; creating three additional “g” variants as alternatives in its fonts.
Alternative spellings exist for letters like ‘k’ and “u”, as well as letters GK&M as well as the ampersand(&). Additionally, character sets feature case-sensitive forms as well as punctuation marks that have been vertically moved for all-caps text and punctuation marks that look best with all caps text. When it comes to numerals there can also be found proportional figures with tabular lining figures lining out proportionally from right to left and lower case numerals among many other characters – Diana Ovezea and Rafal Buchner designed their typeface with meticulous care for every finer detail!
